'This is the first time Uzbekistan is hosting a Subcommission session. During the five days, the Subcommission Member States will discuss the current situation with respect to regional and subregional cooperation in the area of illicit drug traffic and related matters. This is the first time that youngsters have been given a chance to speak in such a High-Level Delegation meeting. It is a great honor and privilege for the WIUT that its students have contributed to decrease the communication gap between the youth and adults.'
